1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Purrfect Notes (the “App”), you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the App. These Terms apply to your use of the App and are in addition to Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Apple EULA”) that applies to apps downloaded from the App Store. If these Terms conflict with the Apple EULA, the Apple EULA controls for that subject.
2. Your content
You own everything you create — notes, text, checklists, photos, and custom stickers. We claim no rights in your content. Your content is stored on your device and, if you enable iCloud, in your own private iCloud database under your Apple ID. You are responsible for keeping backups; while the App is designed to sync reliably through iCloud, we are not liable for lost content.
3. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store usage rules. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer (except where law allows), or use the App to create anything unlawful or harmful.
4. Subscriptions (Purrfect Pro)
- Plans. Purrfect Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. Plans and prices are shown in the App and on the App Store at the time of purchase (currently US$2.99/month and US$14.99/year with a 7-day free trial). Prices may change; you will always see the current price before confirming a purchase.
- Free trial. If offered, the free trial lasts 7 days. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your subscription renews automatically and you will be charged.
- Renewal & cancellation. Subscriptions renew automatically through your Apple ID unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
- Restores. Purchases follow your Apple ID and can be restored with the “Restore Purchases” option in the App.
- Refunds. Refunds are handled by Apple under its App Store policies.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App: no attempts to disrupt it, no unauthorized automated access, no use that violates applicable law, and no infringement of anyone’s rights (including rights in photos you turn into stickers — only use photos you have the right to use).
6. Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, except as required by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or content. Our total liability for all claims relating to the App is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the App or subscriptions in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50.
8. Changes
We may update the App and these Terms. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected in the App Store listing and on this page with a new date. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the developer’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
